Privacy policy

Doved Studio operates Wild Index and controls the data described in this policy.

I collect your email only when you join an availability list. I also use optional website analytics to learn which pages send people to the App Store. I load Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. I also require a verified manual-event stream.

Availability-list emails

When you join a list, I receive the email address you enter, the page or app list you joined from, and the signup time. I use that information to record your request and contact you about the app's availability. I do not use the form to subscribe you to unrelated field notes.

The server reads your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It keeps the IP address and recent request times in server memory for about one minute after your latest request, then removes them. It does not include your IP address in the signup message.

Email providers and retention

Resend delivers the signup message to my Gmail inbox. That message contains your email address, the source label, and the signup time. Resend and Google process this information under their own privacy policies. I keep the message until I send the requested availability update or you ask me to delete it. Their backups may follow their own retention schedules.

Ask me to remove your signup by emailing the address below from the address you submitted. I will delete it from my records.

What I measure

After you accept, I measure a sanitized page view and clicks that send you to an App Store product page. An App Store click includes this site, the app, the sanitized page path, the link's fixed position, a verified Apple campaign token when one exists, and a broad first-landing channel and source. I do not send button copy, raw UTM values, the browser's full URL or real referrer, form values, email addresses, health answers, or user IDs through this website contract.

When I enable Google Analytics, I replace the browser's current URL and real referrer with this site's origin, a sanitized path, and a controlled same-site root referrer. I turn off Google advertising signals and ad personalization. I keep Google Analytics off unless I verify that its automatic page-change and outbound-click measurement stays off.

What I store on your device

• I save your analytics choice in local storage so I can remember it.
• After you accept, I save one sanitized first-landing record for the current browser session. It contains a broad channel, a controlled source label, and an allowlisted source hostname when one matches. I do not store raw UTM values, query strings, or full referrers.
• Google Analytics may set analytics cookies only after you accept and I verify the manual-event stream.

Your choice

You can refuse analytics and keep using the site. You can also change your mind at any time: choose Analytics settings at the bottom of any page, then choose Stop analytics. I clear the saved attribution and GA cookies, then I stop sending future analytics events after you revoke consent.

If your browser cannot save a refusal, I still stop analytics for the current page and tell you that it did not save your choice. You can try again so your refusal survives a reload.

Analytics provider

I use the shared Doved Studio Google Analytics property. Google processes accepted analytics data under its own privacy policy.
